Wesley Evans was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. FINRA reports that Wesley Evans was barred from the securities industry in July 2020.
According to FINRA:
Wesley Evans consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Wesley Evans refused to produce information or documents requested by FINRA, related to an investigation initiated after FINRA received a Form U5 from Wesley Evans member firm. The Form U5 indicated that Wesley Evans was terminated by Wesley Evan’s affiliate bank. The findings stated that Wesley Evans admitted to misappropriating approximately $15,740 from a bank customer’s account for Wesley Evans’s personal use.
According to Wesley Evans’s BrokerCheck Report, Wesley Evans was discharged from J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in April 2020. Wesley Evans allegedly admitted to misappropriating approximately $15,740 from affiliate bank customer’s accounts for Evans’ personal use.
