Stephen Nappo is a licensed financial advisor with Cadaret, Grant & Co., Inc. According to FINRA, Stephen Nappo was suspended from the securities industry for 20 days and fined $5,000 in December 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
In July 2017, Nappo participated in a private securities transaction without providing prior written notice to his firm, in violation of FINRA Rules 3280 and 2010.
