Richard Denecker – Financial Advisor/Broker Richard Denecker Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Richard Denecker is a licensed financial advisor with UBS Financial Services.
According to FINRA, Richard Denecker was fined $5,000 and suspended from the securities industry for 45 days beginning in September 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Denecker consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he engaged in unauthorized trading. The findings stated that Denecker effected trades in the accounts of customers at his member firm without first discussing with, or obtaining authorization from, the customers. Each trade was placed to generate the funds necessary to cover the $75 account fee charged by the firm.
