Rajesh Gupta – Financial Advisor/Broker Suspended by FINRA | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

Michael Rubel was a previously licensed financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. FINRA reports that Michael Rubel was suspended from the securities industry indefinitely in June 2020.

According to FINRA Allegations:

Rajesh Gupta failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to satisfactorily respond to a FINRA request to provide information concerning the status of compliance.

According to Rajesh Gupta’s BrokerCheck Report, Rajesh Gupta voluntarily resigned from Morgan Stanley in March 2017. Rajesh Gupta’s voluntary resignation regarded allegations of Rajesh Gupta’s involvement in undisclosed outside activity involving sales of insurance policies.

According to Rajesh Gupta’s BrokerCheck Report, one customer dispute was settled alleging sales practice violations against Rajesh Gupta.

Customer Dispute (5/18/2018): Allegations against Rajesh Gupta regarded a client’s verbal complaint about the loss of value upon the surrender of outside insurance policies recommended by Rajesh Gupta. This customer dispute settled for $220,000.
