Ming Dang – Financial Advisor/Broker Ming Dang Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Ming Dang was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Apollo Global Securities, Inc. According to FINRA, Ming Dang was suspended from the securities industry for five months in November 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
From approximately October 2016 through November 2018, Dang violated FINRA Rules 3270 and 2010 by failing to notify AGS prior to engaging in an outside business activity 2 related to his work for an insurance holding company (Company X) that competed with an insurance affiliate of AGS.
