Michael Earl Reither (Michael Reither) – Financial Advisor/Broker Michael Reither Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

Michael Reither was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Dominion Investor Services, Inc. and First Allied Securities, Inc. FINRA reports that Michael Reither was fined $12,604.25 and barred from the securities industry in April 2020.

According to FINRA:

Between October 31, 2014 and May 16, 2018 (“Relevant Period”), while employed as an investment advisor representative and broker-dealer agent with First Allied Securities, Inc. (“FASI”), Michael Reither engaged in dishonest or unethical conduct, by (1) failing to provide written notice to and obtain prior written approval from FASI before entering into an arrangement to borrow money from a client, and (2) failing to provide prior written notice to FASI of Outside Business Activity (“OBA”) with which Michael Reither engaged with a client.

According to Michael Reither’s BrokerCheck, Michael Reither was discharged from First Allied Advisory Services, Inc. in November 2017. Michael Reither allegedly did not comply with the Firm’s signature guarantee stamp requirements.
