Michael Edward Magill (Michael Magill) Financial Advisor/Broker Michael Magill Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

Michael Magill CRD #2024663

Michael Magill was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Foreside Fund Services, LLC, Crossroads Capital Distributors and Janus Distributors LLC. According to FINRA, Michael Magill was barred from the securities industry in December 2020.

According to FINRA:

In December 2018, while registered with Foreside, Magill participated in private investments away from his firm to three investors who were not customers of the firm. It turned out that the issuer’s notes were not legitimate investments and the three investors lost their entire investment. Magill participated in the transactions, totaling $700,000, without first providing written notice to his firm. Magill thereby violated FINRA Rules 3280 and 2010.
