Martin Noonan was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with BMA Securities, LLC. FINRA reports that Martin Noonan was barred from the securities industry indefinitely in May 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Martin Noonan consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to produce information or documents requested by FINRA during an investigation. This investigation began after FINRA reviewed a Dispute Resolution Statement of Claim filed against Martin Noonan and Martin Noonan’s member firm alleging unsuitable and excessive trading in a client account.
According to Martin Noonan’s BrokerCheck Report, one customer disputes has been filed alleging sales practice violations against Martin Noonan.
Customer Dispute (11/19/2018): Allegations against Martin Noonan includes mismanagement in client accounts and unsuitable or excessive trading. This customer dispute is currently pending and seeks $250,000.00 in damages.
