Mark Just a/k/a Mark William Just is a licensed financial advisor licensed financial advisor/broker with Triad Advisors LLC. According to FINRA, Mark Just was suspended from the securities industry for 3 months in June 2021.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Just consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he willfully failed to timely amend his Form U4 to disclose state tax liens. The findings stated that Just knew of the tax liens more than 30 days prior to the time he disclosed them on his Form U4.
