Leonard Joseph Marzocco (Lenny Marzocco) CRD #3106494

Lenny Marzocco was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Woodstock Financial Group, Inc., First Standard Financial Company LLC, and Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. FINRA reports that Lenny Marzocco was suspended from the securities industry for 11 months in July 2020.

According to FINRA:

Lenny Marzocco consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Marzocco engaged in quantitatively unsuitable trading in customer accounts. The findings stated that Lenny Marzocco’s trading of the accounts resulted in high turnover rates and cost-to-equity rations as well as significant losses. The customers suffered collective losses of $196,331 and paid $81,523 in commissions and fees. Lenny Marzocco also recommended a significant number of trades using margin in the customer accounts. In particular, Marzocco recommended using margin to a customer, even though he was aware that the customer’s financial circumstances made it unsuitable for him.

According to Lenny Marzocco’s BrokerCheck Report, two customer disputes have been settled alleging sales practice violations against Marzocco. These two customer disputes settled for $25,000 and $70,000.
