Customer Dispute 5/4/20: Claim is alleging breach of fiduciary duty, unsuitable recommendation, breach of contract and negligence relating to investments made in August of 2016. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $75,000 in damages.
Customer Dispute 3/9/20: Allegations include unsuitable investments. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $500,000 in damages.
