Harry Colon Bennett (Harry Bennett) – Financial Advisor/Broker Harry Bennett Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Harry Colon Bennett (Harry Bennett) CRD #2395555
Harry Bennett was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. FINRA reports that Bennett was barred from the securities industry in November 2016.
According to FINRA:
Harry Bennett consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Bennett refused to appear for an on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation involving allegations that Bennett may have engaged in sales practice violations by charging excessive commissions and recommending unsuitable transactions to his customers. The findings stated that Bennett’s refusal to appear for on-the-record testimony prevented FINRA from reaching a determination as to whether the alleged violations occurred.
According to Bennett’s BrokerCheck Report, one customer dispute has been filed alleging sales practice violations against Bennett.
Customer Dispute (5/16/2016): Clients alleged that Harry Bennett did not disclose the risks associated with their investment and made an unsuitable recommendation. This customer dispute settled for $3,558.26.
