On December 16, 2019, FINRA made a preliminary determination to recommend that disciplinary action be brought against Gregory Antonius Lewis alleging that Gregory Antonius Lewis made potential violations, specifically: ·Violation of FINRA Rule 2150 and 2010 – conversion/misuse of customer funds; ·Violation of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”), Exchange Act Rule 10b-5, Sections 17(a)(2) and (a)(3) of the Securities Act of 1933, and FINRA Rules 2020 and 2010 material misrepresentations and/or omissions; ·Violation of FINRA Rules 4511 and 2010 – forgery of investor documents; and ·Violation of FINRA Rules 2111 and 2010 – suitability.
