Forrest Jones – Customer Disputes Filed Involving Financial Advisor/Broker Forrest Jones | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Forrest Jones was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Merrill Lynch and Metlife Securities.
According to Forrest Jones’ BrokerCheck report, a customer dispute was filed alleging sales practice violations against Forrest Jones. Additionally, Forrest Jones is under investigation by the SEC for alleged misrepresentations and omissions in connection with the offer or sale of promissory notes and other private placements.
Customer Dispute (5/21/2020): The customer alleges unsuitable investment recommendations and misrepresentations. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $335,000 in damages.
