Dennis Murphy was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with
Monmouth Capital Management LLC and Woodstock Financial Group, Inc. FINRA reports that Dennis Murphy was barred from the securities industry in May 2020.

According to FINRA: 

Dennis Murphy consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Dennis Murphy refused to provide on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA in connection with an investigation concerning Dennis Murphy’s member firm’s supervision of potentially unsuitable trading.

According to Dennis Murphy’s BrokerCheck Report, one customer dispute has been filed alleging sales practice violations against Dennis Murphy.

Customer Dispute (9/20/2019): Allegations are excessive and unnecessary trading on margin with no downside, false and misleading statements, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, statutory and common law fraud, unsuitability, negligence, churning, unauthorized trading, and excessive commission. This customer dispute is currently pending and requests $21,982 in damages.
