Bill Novack – Financial Advisor/Broker Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

Bill Novack CRD #1181334

Bill Novack a/k/a William James Novack was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with CFD Investments and Cambridge Research. FINRA reports that Bill Novack was barred from the securities industry indefinitely in March 2021.

According to FINRA Allegations:

Novack consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he, after receiving a request for on-the-record testimony issued by FINRA, declined to appear for testimony. The findings stated that this matter originated from a review of a Form U5 filed by the member firm concerning the termination of another firm registered representative, whom the firm had reason to believe was permitting and enabling a barred individual to conduct a securities business.
