Arkady Ginsburg Suspended – Broker/Financial Advisor | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Arkady Ginsburg Suspended by FINRA for Alleged Excessive and Unsuitable Trading
According to FINRA: Arkady Ginsburg engaged in excessive and unsuitable trading in the accounts of three of his customers at Aegis Capital Corp. Two of the customer accounts were heavily margined, generated high cost-to-equity ratios and turnover rates, as well as significant losses and trading costs. Because Ginsburg recommended the trading in the customers’ accounts and the customers routinely followed his recommendations, Ginsburg controlled the volume and frequency of trading in the accounts and therefore exercised de facto control over the accounts.
Arkady Ginsburg is a licensed broker with AEGIS CAPITAL CORP. (CRD#:15007).
Arkady Ginsburg Consented to the Imposition of the Following FINRA Sanctions:
A six-month suspension from associating with any FINRA member in all capacities and restitution in the amount of $113,591.00.
