Andrew Pravlik – Customer Disputes Filed Involving Financial Advisor/Broker Andrew Pravlik | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Loss
Andrew Pravlik a/k/a Andrew James Pravlik is a licensed financial advisor with Coastal Equities, Inc. Andrew Pravlik was previously licensed with Prospera Financial Services, Inc. Prospera discharged Pravlik for violation of firm policy.
According to Andrew Pravlik’s BrokerCheck Report, customer disputes have been filed alleging sales practice violations against Andrew Pravlik.
Customer Dispute 6/9/20: The customer alleges breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, unsuitable recommendations, and failure to supervise in the Rep’s recommending the purchase of 5 different alternative investments throughout 2016. This dispute settled for $27,000.
Customer Dispute 10/26/17: Customers allege that they were placed in unsuitable investments. This is a pending complaint and the customers are requesting $175,000 in damages.
