According to FINRA:
New consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he failed to provide documents and information requested by FINRA during the course of an ongoing investigation of his participation in the sale of promissory notes.
Fifteen customer disputes alleging sales practice violations against Alan New have been settled.
