William Derrington was previously licensed with Independent Financial Group and KCD Financial, Inc. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed alleging that William Derrington is the subject of an arbitration filed against the firm which alleges unsuitable recommendations. This arbitration claim was settled.
FINRA also reports that an arbitration claim was filed involving William Derrington’s conduct with KCD Financial, Inc. alleging unsuitable recommendations with damages of $400,000.
FINRA also reports that William Derrington reported allegations that a client is upset about reduced dividends on a Behringer Harvard REIT. This complaint is currently pending.
