According to Wil Rodriguez’ CRD, FINRA barred Wilfred Rodriguez from acting as a financial advisor or associating with a broker-dealer firm in October 2018, alleging that Wil Rodriguez’ failed to provide FINRA with requested documents and information in connection with FINRA’s investigation into allegations reported on Wilfred Rodriguez’ Form U5 and allegations that Wilfred Rodriguez converted funds of foreign customers’ and concealed it by falsifying account documents with inflated account values.
