Wessam Baiz (Wes Baiz) – Financial Advisor/Broker Wes Baiz Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Wes Baiz was a previously licensed financial advisor with The Huntington Investment Company and MML Investors Services, LLC. According to Wes Baiz’ CRD, Wes Baiz was barred from the securities industry on October 25, 2019.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Wes Baiz consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he refused to provide information and documents requested by FINRA. The findings stated that Wes Baiz’ member firm terminated his association and indicated on his Form U5 that Wes Baiz failed to meet the terms and expectations of a heightened supervision plan he was placed on by the firm for failure to disclose an outside business activity.
