From 2008 until Wendy Feldman’s firing in 2016, Wendy Feldman was licensed with Morgan Stanley in Washington, DC. Wendy Feldman is now licensed with H. Beck, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Wendy Feldman was discharged from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney on June 24, 2016. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney reported to FINRA that Wendy Feldman’s firing related to allegations involving adherence to industry rules and/or firm policy including with regard to use of trading discretion.  

FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Wendy Feldman’s conduct with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC was filed, alleging unauthorized trading; unsuitable investments; breach of fiduciary duty; fraud; negligent misrepresentation; conversion; financial elder abuse; negligence; and unfair competition relating to Claimants’ investment in various securities including but not limited to NQ Mobile. This arbitration claim did not settle and proceeded to final hearing. The arbitration panel found Wendy Feldman jointly and severally liable and awarded the Claimants $6,114,857 in compensatory damages, $2,000,000 in punitive damages, $400,000 in attorneys’ fees, $41,742 in costs and $50,000 in expert witness fees.

FINRA also reports that a complaint involving Wendy Feldman’s conduct with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC was filed, alleging unsuitability, inter alia, with respect to investments – July 2008 to June 2016. This complaint settled for $85,000.
