Tom Skypeck – Thomas Edward Skypeck, Financial Advisor Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Tom Skypeck was previously licensed with Brokers International Financial Services, LLC and The O.N. Equity Sales Company in Saco, Maine. FINRA reports that Tom Skypeck was barred from the securities and investment banking industry in 2016.  

ACCORDING TO THE SEC: The Commission finds that on October 9, 2015, Tom Skypeck pleaded guilty to one count of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, one count of intentional or knowing violation of the Maine Uniform Securities Act, one count of forgery, and one count of misuse of entrusted property in Docket No. CR-15-276. Tom Skypeck’s sentencing has been deferred to allow him time to comply with terms of his plea agreement, including paying $5,070 in restitution. 

According to Tom Skypeck’s CRD, a customer dispute was filed alleging Tom Skypeck engaged in unsuitable sales of investment products. According to Tom Skypeck’s CRD, this customer dispute is pending and seeks $500,000 in damages.
