From 2014 until Todd Seeholzer’s discharge in 2017, Todd Seeholzer was licensed with Allegis Investment Services, LLC. Todd Seeholzer was previously licensed with Signator Financial Services, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Todd Seeholzer was discharged from Allegis Investment Services, LLC on December 13, 2017. Allegis Investment Services reported to FINRA that Todd Seeholzer was accused of failing to follow policies and procedures.
FINRA reports that a complaint was filed involving Todd Seeholzer’s conduct with Allegis Investment Services, LLC. The client alleges that a trade placed in the advisory account was not within strategy and negligent. This complaint was settled.
