The option trading allegedly resulted in the loss of all the client’s funds. The client allegedly sued Steve Klinger and the Firm in state court serving process on Steve Klinger only. Steve Klinger allegedly did not report the lawsuit to the Firm. Steve Klinger allegedly settled the lawsuit without informing the Firm.
