Stephen Kelbick, Financial Advisor Stephen Kelbick Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Stephen Kelbick CRD #1429133

Stephen Kelbick is a financial advisor who was previously licensed with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC and Morgan Stanley. According to FINRA, Stephen Kelbick was fined $5,000 and was suspended from the securities industry for fifteen days in August 2019.

According to FINRA allegations:

During the Relevant Period, the Firm’s written supervisory procedures prohibited its GSRs from exercising discretion in all customer accounts not specifically approved for discretionary trading. Stephen Kelbick knew that he was not permitted to exercise discretion in the Firm account of Customer A. However, Stephen Kelbick exercised discretionary trading authority in Customer A’s Firm account without obtaining prior written authorization from the customer or Wells Fargo. Specifically, Stephen Kelbick effected approximately 40 trades in Customer A’s Firm account without discussing and receiving approval from Customer A for the trades on the dates of the transactions.

By virtue of the foregoing, Stephen Kelbick violated NASD Rule 2510(b) and FINRA Rule 2010.
