Customer Dispute (11/20/2019): Claimant alleges that on or about June 9, 2015, Representative failed to adhere to investment objectives and instructions; failed to implement an appropriate investment strategy, which included investing the bulk of Claimant’s assets in a whole life policy; made materially false and misleading statements; failed to advise diversification strategies and failed to follow industry rules and regulations.
Customer Dispute (11/16/2017): Customer alleges between 2007 and 2017, registered representative invested funds in private and illiquid investments which were unsuitable and caused customer’s investment portfolio to suffer losses.
