FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Stephen Murray’s conduct was filed on May 11, 2017, alleging churning, unauthorized trading, negligence, violation of FINRA rules 2110, 2310, 2330 and 2111, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. This arbitration claim was settled for $60,000.
