MML INVESTORS SERVICES, LLC investment adviser, Shon McLain has an investor complaint.
SHON IVAN MCLAIN (CRD#: 4141062), a registered broker for MML INVESTORS SERVICES, LLC, in Saratoga Springs, NY, has an investor complaint. According to McLain’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, the consumer alleges that Registered Representative falsely told her, the beneficiary of an IRA, that other products for an IRA rollover were not available and a lump sum distribution was required. The consumer is requesting $5,100.00. The claim is denied.
