Shapour Ejlal was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Wynston Hill Capital, LLC, Andrew Garrett Inc., Aegis Capital Corp., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. According to Shapour Ejlal’s BrokerCheck Report, Shapour Ejlal was discharged from J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in June 2014. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC reported that Shapour Ejlal was discharged due to the usage of an unapproved personal communication device (fax machine) for conducting business.

According to Shapour Ejlal’s BrokerCheck report, two customer disputes were filed alleging sales practice violations against Shapour Ejlal.

Customer Dispute (1/18/2019): Allegations against Shapour Ejlal are an unauthorized and unsuitable transaction. This customer dispute settled for $17,500.

Customer Dispute (10/7/2014): Allegations against Shapour Ejlal are that funds from the Client’s Chase account failed to timely transfer to the Client’s account at another financial institution. This customer dispute settled for $62,500.
