SEAN BARAKAT Is The Subject of a FINRA Complaint – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Former ALEXANDER CAPITAL, L.P. registered representative, Sean Barakat is the subject of a FINRA complaint.

SHADI TAYSIR BARAKAT (CRD#: 5031281), a former broker for ALEXANDER CAPITAL, L.P. in RED BANK, NJ, has been named in a FINRA complaint. According to Barakat’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, FINRA staff was investigating potential churning and excessive trading by Barakat in his customers’ accounts at Spartan.
Barakat had two previous customer complaints that settled in favor of the customers who complained.
