FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed involving Sean Barakat’s conduct with Aegis Capital Corp., alleging churning and unsuitable recommendations. This arbitration claim settled for $360,000.

These claims allege excessive trading, unsuitable investment recommendations, negligence, misrepresentation and/or breach of fiduciary duty.
