SCOTT MICHAEL BREMUS (CRD#: 4073006), a formerly registered broker for LPL FINANCIAL LLC, in Dacula, GA , has been suspended from the securities industry. Bremus consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he participated in a private securities transaction, for which he received no selling compensation, without providing prior written notice to, or obtain written approval from, his member firm, according to FINRA.
