RONALD RALPH RITROVATO (CRD#: 1474331), a former broker for CADARET GRANT & CO INC, in BLUE BELL, PA, has a pending investor complaint. According to Ritrovato’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, Customer alleges that financial professional had agreed to obtain his approval prior to selling any securities and contrary to that agreement, financial professional sold mutual fund shares in March 2021 without consulting customer resulting in significant capital gain tax liability that customer was not prepared to pay. Customer is seeking reimbursement to cover his tax bill.
The complainant is requesting $29,380.43 for alleged damages.
