Rodney Welch was previously licensed with State Farm VP Management Corp. in Louisiana. FINRA reports that Rodney Welch was barred from the securities and investment banking industry in 2015. 

ACCORDING TO FINRA: Rodney Welch consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Rodney Welch refused to respond to a request for documents and information sent by FINRA during its investigation concerning claims that Rodney Welch had submitted fraudulent insurance claims, had diverted funds from a homeowner’s escrow check to an unrelated policyholder’s account and had failed to deposit at least one large customer cash deposit into his State Farm premium funds account.
