Robert Renteria – Financial Advisor/Broker Robert Renteria Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Robert Renteria CRD #5773053
Robert Renteria was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with PFS Investments, Inc. FINRA reports that Robert Renteria was barred from the securities industry in April 2020.
According to FINRA:
Robert Renteria consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he provided false information to FINRA in connection with FINRA Case #2019063663401. The findings stated that FINRA requested information and documents relating to allegations that Robert Renteria had borrowed money from customers of his member firm without its approval. Robert Renteria provided a signed statement to FINRA falsely stating that he borrowed $1,600 from a customer and had repaid her in full. Robert Renteria had actually borrowed $20,000 from the customer and had not fully repaid her. Later, the customer informed FINRA that, while she previously stated that Robert Renteria had only borrowed about $1,600 and had fully repaid her, her previous statements were not accurate. Instead, Robert Renteria had borrowed $20,000 and had only repaid $2,200.
