Robert Pachciarz is a formerly licensed financial advisor/broker licensed with J.P Morgan Securities.
According to FINRA, Robert Pachciarz was suspended from the securities industry for six months and fined $5,000 in September 2019.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Robert Pachciarz consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Robert Pachiarz engaged in an undisclosed and an unapproved private securities transaction involving the sale of a $500,000 note to an investor. The findings stated that the investor, who was also Robert Pachciarz’ member firm customer, requested that he recommend a private investment to him. In response, Robert Pachciarz introduced the customer to a founder of a private company for the purpose of making a potential investment in the company. Robert Pachciarz participated in the sale of the note to the customer, which was a security. The firm’s written supervisory procedures required registered representatives to request and obtain approval prior to engaging in private securities transactions, regardless of whether the representative would be compensated, and Robert Pachciarz, however, did not.
