Customer Dispute 1/12/17: Claimants allege that FA failed to properly manage their accounts in accordance with their investment plan, and that instead, the FA made investment recommendations that led to a portfolio over-concentrated in gold, energy, and other securities between 2014 and 2015. This customer dispute is pending and seeks $50,000 in damages.
