According to FINRA:
Robert Escobio was named a respondent in a FINRA complaint alleging that Robert Escobio has repeatedly failed to provide information and documents requested by FINRA in an investigation involving whether Robert Escobio continued to associate with a FINRA member firm while he was statutorily disqualified, after the NAC denied the MC-400 application. The complaint alleges that Robert Escobio failed to appear and provide sworn testimony to FINRA Staff on five separate occasions, as requested.
