Robert Earls Has Two Pending Investor Complaints – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Former LPL FINANCIAL LLC broker, Robert Earls has two pending investor complaints.
ROBERT JOSEPH EARLS JR (CRD#: 1369915), a formerly registered broker for LPL FINANCIAL LLC in Roanoke, VA, has investor complaints. According to Earls’ FINRA BrokerCheck report, From approximately June 2010 through February 2023, Ms. [REDACTED] provided funds to the advisor which she believed were being invested in outside investment accounts but no such accounts exist at LPL. This claimant is requesting $300,000.00 for alleged damages.
A second complainant alleged that, from 2015 through 2024, Earls misappropriated funds.
