Binkele Has a Settled Customer Complaint Involving A Deferred Sales Trust

The customer alleged that her decision to utilize the DST, or deferred sales trust was the result of fraudulent representations and negligence, among other things. The settlement also reportedly involved a promissory note agreeing to pay the customer the amount of the sale, plus interest. This complaint settled for $358,333.00.
