Robert P. Allen (Robert Allen): Financial Advisor/Broker Robert Allen Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

Robert P. Allen (Robert Allen) CRD #6267678

Robert Allen was a formerly licensed financial advisor with Country Capital Management Company. According to Robert Allen’s CRD, Robert Allen was suspended from the securities industry by FINRA for three months and fined $5,000 in December 2019.

According to Allegations on Robert Allen’s BrokerCheck Report:

Robert Allen consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that Robert Allen engaged in an outside business activity by marketing and selling insurance products offered by a non-affiliated insurance company without disclosing the outside business activity to Robert Allen’s member firm. The findings stated that Robert Allen’s contract with the insurance affiliates prohibited him from selling insurance products through other, non-affiliated insurance companies. Despite this prohibition, Robert Allen earned approximately $143,000 in commissions. Moreover, Robert Allen submitted multiple attestations to his firm that falsely stated he was not engaged in any other business either as a proprietor, partner, officer, director, employee, trustee, agent or otherwise.
