Rick Konecny – Financial Advisor Rick Konecny Discharged by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses

From 2013 until firing in 2016, Rick Konecny was licensed with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. According to FINRA records, Rick Konecny was discharged by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC on March 8, 2016. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC reported to FINRA that Rick Konecny was fired for violating firm policy by failing to escalate client matters and failing to follow requirements with respect to execution of trades on a discretionary basis.

FINRA reports that two arbitration claims were filed, alleging that Rick Konecny made unsuitable and unauthorized trades. These claims were settled by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC for $180,000 and $375,000.  FINRA also reports that a third arbitration involving Rick Konecny’s conduct is pending with alleged damages of $470,000
