Richard Mireles Suspended & Fined After FINRA Allegations.  Mireles allegedly failed to reasonably supervise Stewart Ginn.  Ginn’s trading caused customers to incur realized losses of more than $2.22 million, according to FINRA.

RICHARD RANDY MIRELES (CRD#: 5288651), a broker for INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC in San Diego, CA, is suspended by FINRA.  It is alleged that Mireles failed to reasonably supervise Stewart Ginn.  The customers of Ginn allegedly incurred more than 2.2 million in losses.
FINRA gave Mireles a  four-month suspension from associating with any FINRA member in all capacities and a $5,000.00 fine.
