FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed, alleging that Richard Poston made unsuitable trades. This claim was settled by H. Beck, Inc. for $185,000. FINRA also reports that a second arbitration claim involving Richard Poston’s conduct is pending with alleged damages of $500,000.
