February 3, 2025 Letter to Investors Announces Liquidation
“The Fund does not have adequate cash flow or cash on hand to make any further interest payments to bondholders, provide for redemption requests or to make further loans”, said Gary Bechtel, Chief Executive Officer of Red Oak Capital Holdings, LLC. The letter, issued by management, tells investors that the liquidation process should be completed by “the second half of 2027.”
