Ramone Knight – Financial Advisor/Broker Ramone Knight Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Ramone Knight was a previously licensed financial advisor with NYLife Securities LLC. According to Ramone Knight’s CRD, Ramone Knight was barred from the securities industry in October 2019.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Ramone Knight consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Ramone Knight converted funds from Ramone Knight’s member firm. The findings stated that Ramone Knight falsified expense reports and submitted them to his firm in order to obtain reimbursement totaling approximately $3,900 to which Ramone Knight was not entitled. Out of these reimbursement requests, approximately $1,100 related to expenses, such as dinners and drinks, that Ramone Knight had not personally incurred because someone other than Ramone Knight paid for those expenses. The remaining expenses were personal expenses, which Ramone Knight mischaracterized as business expenses in expense reports Ramone Knight submitted to the firm.
According to Ramone Knight’s CRD:
Two customer disputes have been filed alleging sales practice violations against Ramone Knight.
Customer Dispute 2/14/18: The customer alleged Ramone Knight borrowed approximately $133,677 from her and never paid her back. This customer dispute was settled for $128,351.26.
Customer Dispute 2/6/17: The customer alleged Ramone Knight forged the customer’s signature on two checks totaling $14,000 and that Ramone Knight borrowed money from her and did not pay her back. The customer acknowledges she and Ramone Knight were involved in a personal relationship. This customer dispute was settled for $207,941.33
