Goodman & Nekvasil is Representing an Investor who Purchased RAD Diversified REIT, Inc.
Broker, Nathan Goad J. Alden Associates, Inc. and Alden Capital A/K/A Alden Capital Management, LLC A/K/A Sparta Wealth Partners, recommended that our client invest a very significant amount of money in RAD Diversified REIT. The Company said it will not process any pending requests that have not been redeemed as of February 1, 2024 nor will it accept any redemption requests after February 1, 2024. The company also said, pending redemption requests will remain in queue until the Company recommences the redemption program.
