Peter Doyle was licensed with Morgan Stanley from 2009 to 2016. Peter Doyle was subsequently licensed with H. Beck, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Peter Doyle was discharged from Morgan Stanley on June 24, 2016. Morgan Stanley reported to FINRA of allegations involving adherence to industry rules and/or firm policy including with regard to use of trading discretion.

Peter Doyle was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on July 28, 2017. FINRA reports that Peter Doyle consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Peter Doyle refused to appear for FINRA on-the-record testimony as requested by FINRA in connection with its investigation into the conduct that led to Peter Doyle’s termination from Peter Doyle’s member firm.
